Srinagar, 29 May KNS: The divisional administration Kashmir has ordered the establishment of control room in view of the holy pilgrimages, Amarnath Yatra and Haj 2022 and has appointed Additional deputy commissioner Shopian Mushtaq Ahmed Simnani as it’s overall in-charge, said an official.

 

Officials in the administration told news agency Kashmir News Service—(KNS) that on the directions of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir P K Pole in the interest of administration and smooth coordination for Shri Amarnath 31 Yatra 2022 and Haj Yatra 2022, it has ordered an appointment of team of officials at Divisional Control room at Old Secretariat Srinagar to ensure the smooth functioning of both the holy pilgrimages.

 

“The overall supervision of the committee will be looked by ADC Shopian Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed Simnani, while there will be other officials as well from other departments at divisional control room coordinating with concerned departments”, said official. 

 

The officials said that the control team will be coordinating with more than 20 lined departments which will include concerned deputy commissioners, Health department, tourism department, traffic and other departments. Every department will have their own nodal officers who will be in coordination with Divisional control room.
