Budgam, Jun 18 (KNS) : In order to ensure a better tourism facility, Director Tourism Kashmir, Dr GN Itoo Saturday inaugurated Prepair ticket counter at Parhez Maidaan at Doodhpathri in Central Kashmir.
Accompanied by the Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Shahbaz Ahmed Mirza, Dr Itoo besides inaugurating Prepaid ticket counter also distributed license to the registered Pony Walas.
While speaking on the occasion, Dr GN Itoo said that the facility shall regulate the operation of tourist cabs and Pony rides without facing any inconvenience.
He said, that the department is promoting these tourist destinations and is ensuring that better facilities are available to the tourists at Doodpathri and Yousmarg.
"All efforts are on to promote the destination at par with other famous destinations and create all required infrastructure for the tourists", said Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Shahbaz Mirza.(KNS)
