Srinagar, Apr 10 (KNS): Chairman Hurriyat Conference (G), Syed Ali Geelani paid heartfelt tributes to martyrs and said that these brave hearts are laying their precious lives for our better tomorrow. We in this hour of grief pay our salute and pray for their heavenly aboard, said Geelani. Syed Ali Geelani extended his condolences with grieved families and prayed for their persistence and for the departed soul.
Meanwhile, Hurriyat Conference (G) while blaming pro-Indian parties for bloodshed and present mayhem, said that their deceitful politics and game is now over and sooner the better they should wind up their shops. They are swindlers, said Hurriyat while referring to Mehbooba Mufti, Farooq Abdullah and other pro-Indian politicians.
Strongly lashing at Mehbooba Mufti and Farooq Abdulla, Hurriyat (G) said that they are shedding crocodile tears over these killings. Reacting to their statement Hurriyat said that these fraud politicians are responsible for present gloomy state and continuous bloodshed.
Referring to statement of Mehbooba Mufti wherein she had said that two hundred odd gunmen can’t compete and face her seven lakh forces personnel, spokesman said that it is an apparent threat and a warning message to common people.
Spokesman said that these men in uniform are responsible for brutal killings on election day and snatched eye sight from scores of innocents.
Mehbooba is playing deceit and lamentation over these killings is just a mockery and political gimmick, said spokesman.
As a chief minister, she is in full command of her forces, & equally responsible for these killings as she is the part of game staged by Unified Command Council. All those involved in these killings are awarded and rewarded on republican and Independence Day of India and how can she deny the responsibility, asked spokesman.
It is ridiculous, said spokesman while referring to her statement wherein she said that violence is no way to solve issues. Spokesman said that it is just their rhetoric and blaming Indian forces, said that they are responsible for continuous killing spree and are following their policy of repression and suppression.
Blaming National Conference for present chaos in state, spokesman said that they share the sole responsibility for continuous killings. Criticizing Farooq Abdullah for following dubious politics, said that It was Farooq Abdullah, who in 1996 raised police task force and thousands of innocents were either killed or disappeared during custody. In 2010, during Omer Abdullah’s administration, hundreds of innocent youngsters were massacred, said spokesman. It is disheartening that till now he never regretted about these killings nor some single personnel involved in this killing game was brought to book.
Referring to the recent statement of Farooq Abdullah, spokesman said that he while favoring stone palters , said that they are striving just for Kashmir cause, but soon this turn coat politician criticized puppet administration for their failure in providing conducive atmosphere for polls .It clearly depicts their double dealing that on one hand they extend considerations with youth and on the other asked administration to contain same youth .They are chameleons ,said spokesman & do not follow their conscience nor feel sorrow or shame while changing their stance .There are power hungry and can go to any extent ,said spokesman .
They stand exposed and their deceit won’t work, asserted spokesman. It is better for them to repent for their wrongdoings & join people’s movement. They should apologies for the miseries they inflicted to nation or wind up their shops, said spokesman.
Reiterating shutdown call on Tuesday, spokesman hailed people for observing exemplary shutdown on Monday. Spokesman asked people to follow program of resistance camp only. People should not heed to rumors, said spokesman.
Meanwhile, today a large contingent of forces cordoned the residence of Syed Ali Geelani and BSF personnel were deployed outside his residence in Hyderpora. Spokesman said that since 2010 Syed Ali Geelani is under continuous house arrest.
In addition to JK police, CRP was deployed and today they were replaced by BSF. Spokesman condemned state authorities and said that they have turned his residence into a military garrison. There is strict vigil and nobody can meet Syed Ali Geelani, said spokesman.
