Handwara, Feb 19:(KNS)  District Development Council (DDC) Mawer on Friday toured the various villages of Haril Handwara and took the review of over all problems face by the people.

According to reports  DDC Mawer Khursheed Ahmad Dar along with officials today visited the Shelthra Malikpora where Peoples  complained of potable drinking water.

The DDC along with officials today visited  the spot and restored  the water supply  to them and said in coming  days the will be cleared  off from  the snow.

The people of the area thanked DDC Mawer  for his timely action.

The DDC also visited the house od Mam Din Bajad whose house gutted this afternoon in a blaze and expressed sympathy with the effected family.

He has said the every possible help will be done  to the effected family.(KNS)
