Srinagar April 14:(KNS)   Srinagar District Congress Committee (DCC) Wednesday paid glowing tributes to Babasaheb B.R Ambedkar on his Birth anniversary.

 

DCC also said the ideals of Babasaheb shall always remain guiding principles for the Nation. 

DCC Srinagar President Abdul Gani Khan paid glowing tributes to father of the Indian Constitution Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on his birth anniversary and said all the citizens deserve equal rights as guaranteed under the constitution.

Dr Ambedkar's ideals of equality and emancipation will remain our guiding principles for all the time to come, Khan added.

 

Working President Mir Ruvais hailed the selfless services of Babasaheb rendered to the Nation and said latter wrote the constitution, which guarantees equal rights and freedom of expression and speech to every section living in the country.

Babasaheb fought against discrimination while ensuring social reform and justice to downtrodden section especially Dalits in the Country.
