Baramulla, May 16 (KNS): Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar accompanied by various other senior officers of the district today paid visit to Veerwan Migrant Colony of Baramulla  where she met with the Pandit Community and  assured them full cooperation and further said that   district administration is keeping close liaison with the migrant community for instant redressal of their issues.

 

While interacting with the community, the DC assured them that their demands  will be resolved at district administration level on priority and some other demands would be recommended to higher authorities for timely resolution.

 

Meanwhile, on spot directions to the concerned authorities were also passed during which it was exhorted to ensure smooth supply of water, electricity and  ration for the said community. (KNS)
