Baramulla, April 27(KNS): Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G N Itoo today inspects several vegetable and other commodities sales outlets of Baramulla town to take the appraisal of the situation in the wake of prevailing circumstances emerged due to COVID-19 outbreak.

On the occasion, DC directed them to implement all the health advisories especially maintaining social distance at their outlets. He also exhorted to ensure that qualitative items are sold at the appropriate rates besides warning them that strict legal action shall be taken against erring traders. Meanwhile, DC also inspects several movement passes to check their authenticity. He directed the concerned authorities to properly look whether genuine passes are being carried by the individuals besides warning of strict legal action in case of any cheating.(KNS)
