Urges people to support Congress party for inclusive development of J&K

Srinagar, Dec 31 (KNS): The Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi Friday kickstarted membership drive in three blocks of Tral and urged the people to come forward to get enrolled as members of Congress party.

Channi also urged the workers to reach every nook and corner in entire Tral to make the current membership Drive of Congress as successful.

JKPCC General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi during his visit to Tral, Dadsara and Aripal in Tral Segment of Pulwama District kick started membership drive in all three blocks and urged the party workers and people to make Congress party Membership Drive as successful.

Channi said people are coming forward to get enrolled as Members of the Congress Party as they believe in the programmes and policies of the party and assured the people that Congress party which has legacy of serving people shall continue to serve them. 

On this occasion, PCC General Secretary slammed the previous legislators who represented Tral for the failing to come upto to the expectations of the people who voted for them, but in return they(people) were responded with betrayal.

It was the coalition Govt of Congress in J&K and UPA at Centre, who developed Tral while vigorously working for the wellbeing of the people not only in Tral, but in the entire Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh, Channi added and reiterated that Congress Party would strive hard for the inclusive development of J&K.

On this occasion Prominent Part Workers, Sarpanch, Panchs and Block Presidents of the Party were present. (KNS)
