Srinagar Feb 19:(KNS)  The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has strongly condemned the militant attack on police personnel in Bagat area of Srinagar leading to the loss of two police personnel.

In a statement to "KNS", JKPCC has strongly condemned the killing of two police personnel Sohail Ahmad and Mohammad Yousuf in a militant attack in Bagat area of Srinagar and said the mindless attack has cost two more precious lives of police personnel, which was very anguishing and unfortunate.

JKPCC also condemned the killing of SPO  namely Altaf Ahmad during Berwah encounter leaving another cop injured and expressed serious concern over the current situation in valley.

The killing of police personnel were highly condemnable and shameful act committed by the militants, JKPCC added and expressed solidarity with the family of slain police personnel and  prayed for their courage to bear this irreparable loss.

JKPCC also prayed for eternal peace to slain cops and speedy recovery of injured cop.(KNS)
