Srinagar, Dec 13 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Monday strongly condemned the attack on Police vehicle in Zevan area of Srinagar in which two personnel reportedly lost lives leaving twelve others injured.

In a statement issued to KNS, JKPCC spokesperson expressed grief over the loss of police personnel and injuries to several others.

The spokesperson termed the attack as mindless and inhuman act, urging the Government to identify the gunmen for exemplary punishment.

JKPCC conveyed heartfelt condolences to families of martyred police personnel and expressed solidarity with them and also prayed for speedy recovery of injured personnel.

“The security situation has deteriorated to a largest extent, government must take measures to contain loss of lives,” Spokesperson added. (KNS)
