Srinagar, April 24 (KNS): A civilian was injured after being shot at by militants in Marhama area of Bijbehara in south Kashmir's Anantnag district on Monday evening.
Kashmir zone police in a Tweet informed that Aqib Dar of Zafarpora was fired upon and injured by militants near his house today evening.
Police said the injured person was shifted to hospital for treatment while area was cordoned off
“Terrorists fired upon & injured a civilian namely Aqib Dar of Zafarpora Marhama, Bijbehara area of #Anantnag, near his house. He has been shifted to hospital for treatment. Area #cordoned off. Further details shall follow,” police tweeted. (KNS)
