Budgam October 06 (KNS): In connection with his public outreach programme the Chairman DDC Budgam Nazir Ahmad Khan on Thursday visited Surasyar & Nagam blocks of Chadoora sub division.Chairman DDC Budgam met various public & individual delegations , PRI members, civil society actors & traders at Surasyar and Nagam blocks. 

The Block Medical Officer (BMO) Chadoora who was in the meeting assured Chairman DDC Budgam that digital X—Ray , USG & ECG facilities will be made available at Primary Health Centre Surasyar as soon as possible. 

At Nagam, people from various walks of life brought issues of urgent public importance into the notice of Nazir Ahmad Khan Chairman DDC Budgam. Nazir Ahmad Khan directed the  PWD (R&B) department to expedite the work going on in the area so that the macadamisation work is completed before the temperature dips down.  He impressed upon all officers to work diligently in order to bring governance at the door steps of the public living in these far flung areas. 

Chairman DDC Budgam was also accompanied by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) District Development Council Budgam Akramullah Tak, Chief Education Officer Budgam & other senior officers of the allied departments.(KNS)
