Srinagar February 24: (KNS) Chamber of commerce and industry Kashmir on Thursday urged LG administration of Jammu and Kashmir to ensure safe evacuation of of all stranded J&K students from Russia and Ukraine.
CCIK president Tariq Ghani has urged the LG administration of Manoj Sinha to take up necessary steps for ensuring the safe evacuation of all students hailing from Jammu and Kashmir who are stranded in the war-hit Ukraine and Russia region.
Tariq Ghani has urged UT administration to raise the issue with union Government and Ministry of Foreign affairs to ensure the safety of the students hailing from Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that the parents of these young students are worried and given the suspension of flight operations, students are pushed into complete uncertainty, he added. (KNS)
