Budgam, Sep 21 (KNS): The residents of central Kashmir's Budgam district urged Chief Justice of J&K Ladakh High Court and LG led administration to reconsider Shifting of district court complex Budgam.
In extra ordinary session which was held at Head office of the J&K Anjuman-E-Sharie Shian where people from across the district participated. Participants of the session expressed their dismay over shifting of district court complex from district head quarter to an isolated place which is almost 11 Kilometers from Main Town.
Participants of this meet brought into the focus that shifting of court complex will cause problems for litigants, advocates and those who are associated with it. Further by participants in the meeting it was agreed to form a special committee for the same and the committee will approach relevant forums against this decision.
Those who participated in the meeting include representative of Auqaf Committees across the district Budgam, members from minority committees and elder figures from all the district.(KNS)
