Srinagar May, 20 (KNS): Baldev Singh Rana and Mushtaq Chaya congratulated Neelofar Khan on being appointed as Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University.
As per the statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Baldev Singh Raina and Mushtaq Ahamd Chaya on behalf of the PHD Chamber Of Commerce & Industry-Kashmir, congratulate Dr. Neelofar on being appointed to the position of Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kashmir.
