Srinagar MAY 28 (KNS): PDP Leader Asif Wangnoo here today has expressed his deepest sorrow over the death of an 8-year-old girl who was charred to death in an overnight fire incident at a houseboat in Dal lake in Srinagar.
In a statement Wangnoo expressed deep shock and grief over the loss of minor girl, termed the incident unfortunate and said, "This is a heart wrenching incident words fell short to condole the parents of the the little girl."
Wangnoo has asked the lieutenant Governor administration for immediate relief of the affected family. The Union territory administration should immediately compensate and rehabilitate the affected house boat families, he added further.”(KNS)
