Army inaugurates cafeteria at Kaman post-Uri

Srinagar, May 16 (KNS): Kaman post, named after late lieutenant colonel Kaman Singh Pathania, MVC, is the first post of the Indian Army on national highways 1A.

As parts of confidence-building measures, the trade and bus service between the two countries was conducted through the Kaman trade point established in this post.

Indian Army has renovated the cafeteria at Kaman Post and has also installed a majestic 60 feet flag pole on which the national flag flutters magnificently.

 Kaman post is one of the major attractions for the visitor, especially for motivational tours of school and college going Children.

The post installs a huge sense of pride, patriotism and also serves as a Greater reminder of sacrifices made by our forefathers.(KNS)
