Srinagar Nov 19 KNS: Muzaffar Shah, Senior Vice President Awami National Conference (ANC) congratulated Shabir Ahmad Mir who had filled the Nomination form for the Sarpanch for his unopposed victory after the BJP candidate withdrew his nomination form today.

Awami National Conference District President Ganderbal,Shabir Ahmad Mir who had filled the Nomination form for the upcoming sarpanch elections from Kichpora panchayat block of central Kashmir's Ganderbal District registered victory before the election as his only rival, a BJP candidate withdrew his form today,which was the last date of withdrawal of Nomination forms for the kichpora Panchayat block.

Muzaffar Shah congratulated him for winning the sarpanch election uncontested from Kichpora panchayat block.(KNS)
