Srinagar, June 3 (KNS): Police on Friday said that three soldiers and a civilian were injured in an ongoing gunfight at Rishipora area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
In a tweet on it’s official twitter handle, Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, “In the initial exchange of fire, three army personnel and one civilian got injured. All the injured were immediately airlifted to 92 base hospital Srinagar for treatment and are stated to be stable”.
Earlier in a tweet police confirmed that Encounter has started at Rishipora area of Anantnag, and said security forces are on the job.(KNS)
