Srinagar, Oct 06 (KNS): Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of ex-MLA Mohammad Maqbool Bhat from Tulmulla-Ganderbal.

In a condolence message issued here, Bukhari described the deceased as an epitome of humility and compassion who always worked for the welfare of the people.

“His demise has left a huge void in the political fabric of J&K. During his stint in power, he purely served the people especially who belonged to the downtrodden sections of the society,” Bukhari recalled.

Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, Apni Party President prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and patience to his family to bear this severe loss.
