AJKSA President Molvi Imran Ansari Calls for Simplicity, Mourning During Eid and Nowroz

Srinagar, 14 March (KNS): The President of the All Jammu & Kashmir Shia Association (AJKSA), Molvi Imran Ansari, has appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to observe the forthcoming festivals of Eid al-Fitr and Nowroz with simplicity, solemnity, and reflection, in light of recent tragic events affecting the Muslim world.

In a statement released via the official AJKSA Twitter handle, Molvi Imran Ansari expressed that the Muslim Ummah is currently immersed in grief following the martyrdom of Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei and numerous other believers in recent incidents in Iran.

"The Muslim Ummah is passing through a period of deep grief following the martyrdom of Shaheed Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei (RA) and many other believers who lost their lives in the recent tragic events in Iran," the statement read. "Their sacrifice is a reminder of the enduring path of resistance, patience, and devotion upheld by the followers of truth and justice."

Mr. Ansari noted that the emotional weight of the past weeks persists, as the forty-day mourning period is still underway, keeping the memory of the martyrs alive in the hearts of the faithful. "For us, these days remain solemn and emotional. Even as we approach the blessed occasion of Eid al-Fitr and the arrival of Nowroz, our thoughts remain with the martyrs, their sacrifice, and the families enduring this painful loss.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel"

In his appeal, the AJKSA President urged the public to mark the upcoming festivities with humility and restraint. "Therefore, I humbly request everyone to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with simplicity, humility, and remembrance. Let this be a time of prayer, reflection, and unity rather than celebration alone. Remember the martyrs in your duas and keep the oppressed people in your prayers."

He further called on the community to pray for those suffering in various parts of the Muslim world. "Let us especially pray for peace and stability in Iran and Palestine, for patience for the families of the martyrs, and for unity among the Muslim Ummah. May Allah grant the martyrs the highest ranks among the companions of Ahlulbayt (AS)."

Concluding his message, Molvi Imran Ansari offered prayers for the reappearance of the awaited Imam. "We also pray for the early Zahoor of Imam-e-Zamana (AJTF) so that justice, peace, and truth may prevail across the world."

The All Jammu & Kashmir Shia Association has called upon the faithful to remember the oppressed and the martyrs in their prayers during these sacred days and to uphold the values of unity, patience, and compassion within the Ummah. (KNS)
