Kupwara, April 24 (KNS) : Awami Ithad Party (AIP) on Sunday extended warm gratitude to it’s BDC Langate, Showket Hussain Pandit for being awarded on the eve National Panchayati Raj Day.

In a statement of which a copy lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS) the party said Showket Hussain Pandit is a well deserved for his outreach programs and dedication. It also said that Showket has been always on forefront to deliver in all possible way.

“Showket Hussain is well deserved. This is proud moment for AIP. We are sure our all other public representatives will deliver in similar way and reach out the people in every manner”, says party spokesman Sheeban Ashaie. 

Party General Secretary, Prince Parvaiz lauded the efforts of Showket Hussain, says he can prove his metal in every situation. 

The other members, who congratulated the awarded member, include Khursheed Ahmad Dar (DDC Mawer), Tahir Ahmad (BDC Mawer), Bashir Ahmad (BDC Qaziabad) and other party workers. 

Earlier on the eve of National Panchayat Raj Day, Chairperson Showket Hussain of Block Development Councils of district Kupwara have been awarded by the District Administration for his exemplary work for managing COVID-19, implementation of Panchayati Raj Act and for his active participation in the overall development of their block.(KNS)
