Srinagar, Nov 16 (KNS): Awami Ithad Party (AIP) on Monday nominates two candidates for upcoming DDC polls.
In a Maiden meeting led AIP workers at TRC Mawer. The party has filed it's two candidates Farooq Ah Wani for Qaziabad Langate and Khurshid Ah Dar for Qalamabad Langate.
While talking to KNS, they said that in absence of AIP supremo Er Rashid, it is difficult for us to take a final call, whether to participate in DDC polls or not, however the people's love and affection for Er Rashids AIP, made party to participate and file it's candidates to counter the PAGD trap and false promises.
The party urged the people to remember the sacrifices made by Er Rashid. The party further urged the people to participate in upcoming DDC polls to defeat the traditional mainstream parties.(KNS)
