Srinagar, Aug 2 (KNS): While extending greetings to the people on the eve of Eid-ul-Adha, wishing them well-being and prosperity, Ahmad Ayaz, Secretary J&K, MPLB in his message of felicitations reminded the people about the essence of this auspicious festival,especially remembering the poor, needy and sharing happiness with them.
He said the holy occasion teaches us to maintain high principles of selfless service to the mankind and humanity and expressed hope that this Eid will strengthen bonding of brotherhood, harmony and bring peace, prosperity and well-being to Jammu and Kashmir and the people all over the world.
However, in view of COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to observe this festival with utmost caution and abide by the social and health protocols of COVID-19, to prevent spread of pandemic.(KNS)
