Acknowledge the priceless contribution of ReT's

Srinagar November 21 (KNS): In recent years, the role of Rehbar-e-Taleem has emerged as a pivotal force in revolutionizing the education sector.

Contrary to misconceptions, these teachers are neither naïve nor a threat instead they serve the backbone of reformation within the education department. ReT has played a crucial role in reshaping the landscape of education, bringing positive changes at certain levels. Their commitment to impart quality education and dedication they showed towards the betterment of the students is laudable. Some may perceive them as a potential weakness, it is essential to recognize the strides they have made in addressing educational challenges.


ReT teachers has been instrumental in bridging learning gaps, ensuring students in diverse communities receive the attention and guidance they need. It is crucial to dispel the myth that ReT lack proper training. On the contrary many of them undergo rigorous training programs, equipping them with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of modern education.

As education evolves with innovation in technology and pedagogical approaches, the vision document must be dynamic and responsive to these changes. This update should involve collaboration with educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and forward-thinking approach.

In conclusion, ReT teachers are not a weakness but strength to the education system whose dedication, coupled with proper training and updated vision document will further solidify their role  as catalysts for positive change in the education department.

It is high time to acknowledge and appreciate the priceless contributions of ReT in shaping the future of our nation through education.
