Education system has also become a mockery

Chandigarh August 03 (KNS): BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today condemned the AAP government in Punjab for spreading panic among doctors in the state.

Expressing concern over the spate of resignations by the government doctors in the wake of humiliation and insult heaped on internationally renowned Dr Raj Bahadur , Vice Chancellor of the Baba Farid Medical University, Chugh said the Bhgawant Mann government has been trying to intimidate the doctors to cover up its inefficiency in improving the health services in the state.

Chugh wondered why Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had ignored the resignation of Dr Raj Bahadur . "Neither the state health minister has been pulled up for his rude and unprofessional conduct, nor has the state government accepted the resignation of Dr Raj Bahadur. Is the AAP government trying to say that  he would treat the eminent doctor, who is running his third term as Vice chancellor as a puppet?", he asked.
Chugh said even the education scene in Punjab has also become so dark and depressing because children in the government schools have not been provided with books.

Moreover, there is a pathetic scene in the chief minister's home town Sangrur where school classes are being held in the open with no buildings and shade to protect the children.

He said the AAP government's promise to deliver on health and education fronts has proved to be a hoax for Punjabis. (KNS)
