Srinagar August 15 (KNS): 76th Independence Day celebrated at Faculty of Forestry ,Benhama Ganderbal and at Faculty of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, (FVSc &AH) Shuhama, SKUAST-K
Faculty of Forestry, Benhama ,Ganderbal SKUAST-K celebrated 76th Independence Day on 15th August 2022 in the Benhama campus. The students, teaching & non-teaching staff of Faculty essembled in front of Main Administrative building and participated in the flag hoisting ceremony, wherein Dean of the Faculty, Prof. S. A. Gangoo took the salute at 9.30 a.m. The National Flag Hoisting was followed by National Anthem. Dean Stressed upon everyone for Nation Building and follow the path of Sincerity and Nationhood.He said that we should make our Nation Corruption free. He said on the occasion that India has some basic principles on which it was built,we should remember them always.
Faculty of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (FVSc & AH) SKUAST-K celebrated 76th Independence Day on 15th August 2022 in the Shuhama Faculty premises, respecting COVID-19 SOPs and protocols. The students, teaching & non-teaching staff of Faculty essembled in front of College Entrance Gateway and participated in the flag hoisting ceremony, wherein worthy Dean of the Faculty, Prof. M.T Banday took the salute at 10.00 a.m. The National Flag Hoisting was followed by National Anthem. Dean congratulated everyone for celebrating Independence Day. Dean emphasized the students and the staff for more dedication and honesty in taking the academics to new heights. He lauded the role of FVSc & AH in clinching higher ranking of SKUAST-K in ICAR Rankings. He laid stress on hard work of the students to build a strong nation.(KNS)
