4 member committee set up for scrutinizing cases of regularization of retired officers of erstwhile J&K LC

 
Srinagar, June 02 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed administrative secretary department of law, justice and parliamentary affairs as chairman, of a four member committee for scrutinising cases of regularisation of retired officers of erstwhile J&K legislative council.

In an order, a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS), government said that a four member committee has been constituted for scrutinizing cases of regularization of retired officers of erstwhile J&K Legislative Council.

“Sanction is hereby accorded to constitution of a Committee for scrutinizing cases of regularisation of retired officers of erstwhile J&K Legislative Council in terms of extant Recruitment Rules, Government Orders and seniority list,” reads the order.

As per the order the committee will comprise of representative of Finance Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary, Representative of General Administration Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary and Director Finance, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
