Tangmarg December 16:(KNS) A leapord ( tendva) was spotted by the villagers of Merchipora on a tree today morning, who while seeing the villagers came down and attacked one person and got injured namely Mohd Ramzan Ganie S/o Habibullah Ganie R/o Merchipora Tangmarg aged about 60 yrs.

The injured has been hospitalized while as the leapord took shelter in the cow shed in which huge gathering of people were gather here and bussey with capturing the photos here.

Police party of PS Tangmarg is on spot and the wild life team has been called for further necessary action, with the best efforts of J&K Tangmarg police and Wildlife department Tangmarg Caught the leopard after three hours of operation has been successfully concluded said a wildlife employee to KNS Correspondent.

In which locals of the area appreciated the wildlife department and J&K police for immediate rescued the wild leopard he was caught right time.(KNS)
