We showed unity; now vote us to defeat BJP: PAGD leaders during poll rallies

Srinagar, Dec 14 (KNS): PAGD constituent and ANC vice-president Muzaffar Shah Monday said that signatories of the alliance are firm to protect the identity of Jammu and Kashmir and it is up to people to make us winners in ongoing DDC polls.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), several leaders of People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) including Muzaffar Shah and Javed Mustafa Mir addressed several public rallies in parts of central Kashmir. “Despite having different political ideologies, we have decided to come under one umbrella to protect the identity of Kashmir. We all are aware to this thing that the special status of JK 370, 35A has been scrapped unconstitutionally. All the mainstream of Kashmir has been detained then. We are committed to our fight for the restoration of 370, 35A and statehood”, PAGD leader Muzaffar Shah said.
He also said, “Development is okay, we are not against it, but we are out there for the identity of Kashmir, now the ball is in the people’s court, they have to decide, either they want to stay inside and give space to BJP or they will come out to vote in favor of PAGD”.
Javid Mustafa Mir, a constituent of PAGD also took the stage and addressed people at the occasion. He said “People have to choose between right and wrong and urged people to grab the opportunity of unity among mainstream political parties at this juncture and don’t lose it at any cost”.
Mir urged people to come out in huge number to cast their vote in favor of PAGD candidate.
The PAGD leader visits various locations including Dandoosa Khumani Chowk, Laribal, Galwanpora, Harran, Soibug, Wadwan, Gariand Kallan, Wahabpora , Gariand Khurud, Nusrulllahpora, Pathanpora, Sangam, and Harran. (KNS)
