Srinagar, March 13 (KNS): The students of UG 6th semester batch 2017 of degree college Sopore on Saturday staged a protest in Sopore against Kashmir University over re-examination of Sericulture (Zoology skill) paper.

The protesting students told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) that they have already appeared in the examination for the said paper, now KU wants them to sit again for the same by excusing that the paper was out of syllabus. 

A student told to KNS correspondent, that their examination was held on Feb 05 and now approximately after one month has passed and the university wants them to sit in the same paper by excusing the paper earlier was out of syllabus. 

“It has been around 4 and half years now and we are yet complete our graduation. We request the University authorities to cancel the notification and declare our results,” they said. (KNS)
