Two Public Convenience open for General Public in Uri Town

Uri, June 22 (KNS): Authorities inagurated two washrooms in Uri town of north Kashmir's Baramulla district on Monday.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), officials threw open two washrooms one at SDH Uri and another at Bus Stands Uri for public convenience.

Notably authorities approved this initiative after a gap over 14 years when earthquake hit the Valley October, 8, 2005 which devastated northern parts of Kashmir severly. The earthquake damagd thousands of shelters and killed hundreds then.

Honable Sub-Judge Uri Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone and SDM Uri Reyaz Ahmad Malik inaugurated the washrooms for public convenience in Sub-Division Uri.

Besides Chairman Beopar Mandal Uri Haji Mohammad Shafi, local also thanked the authorities including Sub Judge Uri Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone, and SDM Uri Reyaz Ahmad Malik, for their tremendous efforts to fulfil long pending demand of public.

At the occasion, Duty Magistrates Sub Division Uri Naveed Altaf (KAS), Executive officer MC Uri, Yasir Maik (SPNC) , President MC Uri, Chairman Beopar Mandal Uri, Councilor MC and other dignities of the aea were present. (KNS)
