Two civilians injured in cross border shelling in Tangdar

Srinagar, July 8 (KNS) : Two civilians were injured in cross border shelling in Tangdar sector of north Kashmir's Kupwara district on Wednesday .

According to officials source on Wednesday around 1:45 Pm Pakistan initiated an Unprovoked Ceasefire Violation along the LoC in Tangdhar Sector, Kupwara, North #Kashmir on 08 Jul 2020 in the afternoon hours by firing Mortars and other weapons. Befitting response is being given.

He said two civilians were injured in the cross border shelling.

The injured civilians were identified as , Zameer Ahmed Son of Mohd Abdullah Mughal and Sadakaqat Son of Ab Aziz Michal both Residents of village Seemari got injured while digging a community Bunker at Semari, injured have been shifted to SDH Tangdhar. Where from doctors have shifted the to SMSH Hospital Srinagar for advance treatment.

Meanwhile, a police officer have also confirmed the injuries of two persons during cease fire violation (KNS)
