Anantnag, Sep 26 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday claimed to arrested an active militant fopm Kapran Area of Dooru Anantnag in south Kashmir.
According to police statement, Anantnag Police and 19 RR arrested one categorised active Militant Talib Bhat Resident of Dehruna in a joint operation at Kapran, Doru.
According to Police he was associated with TRF. On a specific input a joint operation was launched along with 19 RR. He was arrested and following recoveries were made from his possession.
A video clip was released when he joined the TRF. He was recruited by TRF commander Abbas Sheikh of Kulgam.
Police said ammunition has been also recovered from his possession which include 1 Pistol,1 Pistol Magazine with rounds and One hand grenade (KNS)
