Sinagar October 12:(KNS) A Lashkar-e-Tobia Commender Saifullah was among two militants killed in an encounter in Rambagh area of Srinagar on Monady.
The Senior Police official told to Kashmir News Service, that the two militants killed in the encounter.
The IGP Kashmir, Vijay Kumar told to reporters, that the operation is underway way, searches are going on. He further told that on the specific information that Pakistani Militant Saifullah along with another a local militant are hiding in the area. He is same saifullah , who was involved in Nowgam attack in which two CRPF personnel were killed. He was also involved in September attack in Chadora in which ASI of CRPF was killed, IGP said.
He further added that the militants were offered to surrender as per SOP but they refused.(KNS)
