Srinagar, April 2 (KNS): Three militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Kakapora area of Pulwama on Friday, police said.

An official informed KNS that three unidentified militants were killed in an early morning gunbattle in Ghat Mohalla of Kakapora.

He said arms & ammunition was recovered from the site of the gunfight.

 "03 #unidentified #terrorists killed. #Incriminating materials including #arms & ammunition recovered. Search going on. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice," police said in a tweet.

Meanwhine during the clashes in the area, two persons, including a girl, were injured in the clashes.
