Srinagar July 03:(KNS) The Jammu and Kashmir Awami Majlis-e-Amal expressed deep sorrow and shock over the sudden demise of Maulana Mubarak, The leading cleric of South Kashmir and Khatib and Imam of Markazi Jamia Masjid "Rahat Didi". He termed the death as a great loss for the religious, preaching and da'wah circles.
Paying homage to the religious and preaching services of the late, the organization reminded that the head of the organization, Mr. Mirwaiz Kashmir Dr. Maulvi Muhammad Omar Farooq Sahib (who has been under house arrest since August 3), his predecessors Like Mirwaizin, this Central Jama Masjid in Islamabad has organized sermons and preaching meetings at the special invitation of the late Maulana and the people of Islamabad, from which Muslims across the region have benefited.
Expressing heartfelt condolences, sympathy and solidarity with the family of the late Maulana Mubarak Sahib and all the worshipers associated with Masjid-e-Pak in particular and with the people of Islamabad in general, the organization prayed for his forgiveness and paradise. The President, General Secretary and other members of the Islamabad District visited the house of the late Maulana and offered condolences to his family.
