Institutions ,colleges and universities in kashmir and Jammu Divisions and all of them unanimously opined that educational institutions should not be opened as their lives shall be endangered over there as no social distance can be maintained in the classrooms and educational institutions' premises. In the absence of Covid 19 cure and treatment of disease not even a single pupil is willing to attend ? Therefore MHRD GOVT OF INDIA is requested to defer opening of educational institutions till treatment of Coronavirus is available in India.

Moreover when contacted over phone many parents complained that not even online mode of Education is available to the unfortunate students of the UT because of Govt. Ban on 4G internet services. Therefore in the absence of online and offline mode of education students Here are deprived of the basic Fundamental right to education. In order to save the future of our Nation from becoming anti-social and anti-national elements it is necessary the Govt.of india especially MHRD should adopte a humane approach towards mitigating their sufferings.

All of them including social and Human welfare activists were of the opinion that the students be promoted the next level keeping in view their limited resources available.(KNS)
