Sopore incident “unpardonable”, “heart-wrenching”: Muzaffar Shah

Srinagar, July 01 (KNS): Senior Vice-President Awami National Conference (ANC) Muzaffar Shah Wednesday termed Sopore incident “unpardonable” and said it was heart wrenching. He demanded a judicial probe into the dastardly killing of innocent civilian.
A statement issued to KNS said, there is a complete breakdown of law and order in Kashmir valley, particularly after August 5, 2019. Due to misadventures of Narendra Modi led BJP Government blood is spilling like water on the streets of Kashmir.
“What has happened in Sopore was heart wrenching, it was unpardonable action, whosoever had done it”, Shah in a statement said.
He added in Kashmir there is no guarantee and safety of life and property. “Our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family at this hour of grief”, he added.
He demanded an impartial judicial probe of the incident in which a civilian lost his life. “A probe must be ordered how civilian caught up and lost his life in the shootout”, Shah said.
He said it has become a daily affair of Kashmir that blood of innocents is spilling and those at helm are acting as mute spectators. (KNS)
