Sopore Economic Alliance urged administration to resume Normal Patient Care at SDH

Srinagar, June 12 (KNS): Chairman of Economic Alliance Sopore on Friday have appealed the authorities to shift the Covid 19 patients form SDH sopore to any other place and resume the normal patient care at the sub district hospital Sopre in north kashmir.
According to Kashmir News Service correspondent earlier in the Novel Corona virus Pandemic, the government has designated SDH Sopore to treat Covid19 patients and the other patients were asked to go Mother and Child Hospital Sopore and SDH Patten. The decision has been taken the government keeping in view the current health crisis that Covid19 has brough. No doubt the decision the has been taken to avoid health crisis in the Sopore and around but it has led other normal patients to suffer badly.

On Friday the evening the Chairman of Economic Alliance Mohd Ashraf Ganie has urged the administration to shift Covid19 patients from SDH Sopore to other place and to resume normal patient care at the SDH Sopore. This will be a major relief for the people of Sopore. The Ganie further said, that no emergency general surgeries are carried out there, if there are gynae cases the patients are referred to SDH Patten or DH Baramulla and DH Baramulla already remains overloaded from the patients coming from Handwara, Kupwara, Uri. Therefore we request government to resume the normal patient care at SDH Sopore, M Asharaf Ganie Said.

When KNS contacted to Director Health Dr Sameer Koul, he said that the decision has been taken by the government while keeping the current situation in mind. The people have to manage till this pandemic is over, he also said that we will look into the concern and we will come with all possible solution, he said. (KNS)
