 Srinagar, 8th December (KNS): On prestigious Inauguration Ceremony of 3rd National Level Sufiyat Conference, Sufism -700 years roots in Kashmir, organized in collaboration with District Administration Srinagar, the chairman Kashmir society international, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah, delivered Keynote address. He complimented all participants on the extraordinary success of the Series of these National level conferences which have rightly scripted new History in the field of Sufi literature in Kashmir. He said during the last 72 years Kashmir Sufi literature was Targeted which caused the burning of 72 lakhs of rare Taswuf books. He referred to Tasawuf Libraries in Islamia college, Dargah Hazratbal, SP college, Khankah Panah Tral, Dastageer Sahib, Khankah Panah Chrar Sharief, and at 72 khankah premises which were razed to ashes were or destroyed by evil forces of hate.

In a statement issued to news agency-kashmir news service(KNS), Renzushah thanked Divisional commissioner Kashmir and dy commissioners of various districts of Kashmir for filling the vacuum caused due to such callous destruction during the last 72 years. He said that Kashmir society international which is in MOU with Kashmir university had honour to present at the First National Level conference on 11 November 2020 occasion 111 High valued books on Tasawuf. Similarly, at the 2nd National level Sufiyat conference, 51 Books on Tasawuf were scripted.
Today's Most prestigious Awards Honourary certificates were conferred to Authors, Ulma's, Mirwaiz's, Sajadah Nisheens of Aitqaad. The fresh Books on tasawuf were released.
Renzushah announced at the concluding key Note address that 13 days International Conference on the same topic will be held in Kashmir in near future. Renzushah said that keeping in view the enthusiasm of thousands of distinguished participants in series of these conferences from the first day till now and the high value of Research papers presented by scholars professors, ulma's, and Authors. Renzushah said that there is a need to hold series of international conferences very soon in Kashmir on Tasawuf so that the world understands the importance of Kashmir in Sufiyat with its five thousand years of History of Kashmir civilization. The Principle Gandhi college, Representatives of District Administration Srinagar, Jenab Riyaz Fazli sahib, Sajadah Nisheen, Maulana, Yaseen Zahara, Maulana Noorani, Dr. Tabish, Jenab Zafar Bhat Sahib, Jenab Javid Tota Sahib, Jenab Rizwaan sahib, and heads of various organizations were present. Information Department cultural wing Presented Bashir Shams Tailbali, Zubaida Ali presented spiritual Sufi samaa.
Renzushah expressed his thanks to Sajadah Nisheen's of all Sufi shrines of Kashmir Ulma's, Authors Sufi poets, Ustads of Spiritual Naatiya Music for establishing the fact that no power on earth can erase or eliminate Sufiyat in Kashmir.
Renzushah said that only Sufi literature of love can reduce the poisonous impact of hate and Divisive literature which flooded Kashmir during the last seven decades since the rise of Communist ideology in the early Forties. He said that under well-planned conspiracies seven hundred years traditions culture and ideologies based on love and brotherhood were reduced to shambles and brought on verge of extinction.
He said Kashmir is spiritually dotted like glittering stars with 7777 Awaliyas during the last 700 hundred years who have shown their presence in each Mohalla each village each pasture, each summit of hills and mountains. He said that the traces of our saints have been erased, and their Literature removed from school syllabuses. On behalf of District Srinagar, Jenab Rauf Rahmani appreciated the endeavors of the Kashmir Society. He said that the ideology of love is a symbol of Kashmir. principle Gandhi college Dr. Nazir Lone sahib, Sajadah Nasheen Amir Kabir khankah Yaseen Zahara sahib, Dr. Tabish and Shams faqeer culture society head Ashiq Mushtaq in their Research papers highlighted the contribution of Awaliyas in Kashmir.
Renzushah said cultural institutions like Cultural Academy halls were named in non-Kashmir names only to prove to the world that Kashmir is bankrupt in Sufi literature. He said no Kashmiri saint or Awaliya was given any importance anywhere to avoid projection of our great history and spiritual iconic figures of our Kashmir Civilization. Even Dastageer sahib chowk from Sairi ball shrine to palladium was changed in 1940 to the leftist name of Lal chowk which is not Kashmir Sufi word. Pathar Masjid in Shahar e Khas was made inaccessible. He said the Waqaf Act 2004 like the Wine permission Act 1977 was another blow to Sufi Aitqaad in Kashmir which deprived Khankahyat of all its assets and its donations were diverted to anti-Sufi anti Kankah anti-Awaliya institutions. He said it is the yearning of the majority of Kashmir at present that all holy shrines of 7777 Sufi Awaliyas of the last seven hundred years be revived.
The conference shall continue for the second day on 9th December also (KNS).
