SBM employees holds protest in Bandipora , Employees seek intervention of J&K LG

Bandipora jan 17  (KNS): Saakshar Bharat Mission (SBM) employees forum Bandipora on Sunday  staged a protest,at Nishat park  demanding justice with them.


 Employees   said that they were appointed on the basis of merit in 2011, and were never taken into consideration, pertaining to regularization, till the date.


They said that they are getting meagre salary only once in two years, due to which they are dismayed.

According to KNS Correspondent, One of the employees Javid Ahmad said that government had earlier taken report from the ground level, to create a job policy for them, but later on, nothing was done in their favour.


It's pertinent to mention here that the said employees are highly qualified with most of them leading towards the over age status, which is the matter of grave concern.

The protesting employees sought intervention of JK Governor Manoj Sinha and demanded justice in their favour at the earliest (KNS).
