Srinagar June 2 (KNS): After a leading pulmonologist and an orderly tested Covid19 positive at CD Hospital which is one of the major testing centres in Kashmir Division , resident doctors accused senior doctors of barring them from Covid19 self screening.
Speaking to KNS, few resident doctors who have been working tirelessly for treatment of Covid19 patients at CD Hospital and Department of Microbiology at GMC Srinagar said that the senior faculty members of the department are harassing their junior counterparts on daily basis.
The resident doctors complained that senior doctors screen themselves for COVID 19 on regular basis but don't allow the resident doctors for the same.

A resident doctor told KNS that they have been continuously performing duties without following any roaster in compliance with the guidelines issued by the government and as well as followed by the premier Institutions all over the country.
Dr. Salim Khan, nodal officer for the COVID- 19 at the Government Medical College refuted these allegations, " anyone can avail facility for Covid19 Screening. Who would stop doctors from screening for Covid19. "(KNS)
