Srinagar, May 27 (KNS): SDPO Uri Junaid Wali, today welcomed doctors, paramedics of SDH Uri hospital with flowers.

Reports said he along with other police Officer SHO Boniyar Tariq Shah appeared in the SDH Uri and PHC Boniyar respectively and distributed presented flowers,sweets to the doctors of the hospital.
Police had faced criticism for allegedly harassing a doctor and p few days ago.

A police officer said police distributed flowers among the doctors at SDH Uri as a mark of love and respect for them and that police and doctors are one team in the fight against Covid19

He added that it will send a message that police holds doctors- covid warriors in high esteem.(KNS)
