PIAs working under DDUGKY without salaries

Srinagar, Oct 06 (KNS): The employees of DDUGKY project on Tuesday said that their salaries are with held due to unknown’s reasons and appealed authorities to intervene in the matter.
According to statement issued to KNS reads, employees aren't paid their hard earned salaries by PIAs in J&K, when we are contacting the Concerned monitoring agencies they are not responding our calls.
The statement also said, DDUGKY project is funded by central government and in J&K it's monitored by Himayat. As per the SOP framed by MORD (ministry of rural development ) the employees working in such PIAs shall be paid their salaries latest by 10th of Every month but few PIAs illegally use this fund for other purposes while as employees working in these private organizations also called project Implementing agencies suffers months together while receiving the salary.
We request Ministry of Rural development to look into the matter in make sure of releasing salaries so that the central funds may not be misused.
Receiving many calls from employees of PIA Surya Skills who haven't received the payment from Aug-19.
They have appealed the authorities to intervene in the matter so that they will not face problems ahead. (KNS)
