Srinagar, June 13 (KNS): People’s Democratic Party (PDP) District President and former legislator, Mohd khurshid Alam on Saturday lodged a formal complaint against former IG traffic Basant Rath at Police station Humhama, accusing the top cop of abusive language and issuing serious threats to the former law maker.
In a statement issued to KNS, Alam has accused Rath of threatening him directly on phone and also has allegedly used unparliamentarily and ruthlessly abusive language (KNS)
