Srinagar August:(KNS) A day after PDP announced to protest against revocation of Article 370 on first anniversary, some of its leaders were arrested by police on Tuesday.

At least half a dozen of our middle rung leaders that included Abdul Rouf Bhat were arrested by police in raids, PDP youth secretary Arif Laigroo said. He said that many a middle rung are getting calls from police either to attend police stations or not to venture out of their homes.

He condemned the police action and said that such tactics can weaken their stand against abrogation of special status. He said that PDP will keep protesting against scrapping till it is not restored.(KNS)
