Srinagar Oct 4(KNS). Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee(JKPCC) General Secretary today visted various areas of Tral in District Pulwana and expressed serious concern over lack of development and the multiple problems confronting residents in Tral.
In a statement issued to KNS reads, JKPCC General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi during his visit to various areas in Tral has expressed serious concern over the various local issues concerning people on account of connectivity of roads, supply of electricity and various other issues.
Basmayee Gujar area in Tral is without water supply, no pipe line has been laid to address this essential demand, besides there is no road connectivity , he said
Lalpora chopan mohalla is without transformer, besides the road from bus stand to peer Mohalla is with macdamization, causing enormous hardship to people, he said
Channi said that previous Back to Village Programmes too have not been able to resolve the basic issues that have been in the pipeline, but not executed for some unknown reasons, he criticized the Govt over lack of development , particularly in Tral area
PCC General Secretary laid emphasis over dressing the developmental issues, on priority and demanded laying of pipe line to ensure supply of water in Basmsyee Gujjar Mohalla, besides ensuring transformer and macdamization of road from bus stand to Peer Mohalla to ensure respite to locals, he added.(KNS)
