Srinagar, Aug 31 (KNS): Former chief minister Omar Abdullah Monday strongly condemned “unwarranted” use of force against Muharram mourners in parts of valley and termed it against the norms of a civilized society.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Omar said “Our unequivocal condemnation of the completely unwarranted use of force, including pellets, against Muharram mourners. This unprecedented crack down goes against all norms that a civilized society would expect”. (KNS)
