Officials assured early redressal of complaints during B2V phase 3 in Handwara

Handwara, Oct 05 (KNS): In order to reach out far-off places across valley, Back to Village phase 3 was organised on Monday in Qalamabad area of Mawer in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
According to Kashmir News Service, the program which was carried out under visiting officer Showket Ahmad Tantray.
At the occasion the officer visited several institutions including NTPHC Qalamabad, Library, ICDS Centre and others government establishments where the officer listened grievances of local population.
During a daylong B2V - 3 program, a meeting with panchs and Sarpanhs was also held where members put forth their demands and also submitted a resolution to the officer.
According to KNS most the people in the area complained of shortage of drinking water pipes and electric poles.
However locals encouraged the conduct of program and said the visiting officer was fully apprised from the problems facing people of the area.
They added the officer gave patient hearing and assured people of the area that all demands would be passed on to concern departments for early redressal. (KNS)
